Dr. Sullivan has spent the better part of two decades practicing allergy medicine in an outpatient clinic and teaching fellow physicians and healthcare practitioners about new and emerging allergy treatments as an industry insider. As a Consulting Physician for the pharmaceutical industry, and Medical Director for a Allergy Services of America, Dr. Sullivan is an expert in educating others about allergic conditions, interpreting allergy tests, and developing treatment protocols for patients.
Dr. Sullivan is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine as well as the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is also a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
Mr. Wright is a leader in the healthcare industry for over 40 years, serving in various capacities with Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS), one of the largest publicly-traded healthcare companies in America.
He was the first UHS employee at the Company’s inception in 1979 and was critically involved in its growth to a 65,000 employee healthcare system. During his tenure with UHS, Mr. Wright served as Vice President of Development, leading the acquisition/divestiture process for more than 35 healthcare facility transactions valued at over $2 billion, and developed strategic initiatives for its acute care hospitals.
He has also served as CEO of two acute care hospitals, Area Director of Texas and Louisiana hospitals, Senior Vice President of the UHS Acute Care Division, and as President of UHS Building Solutions. As President of UHS Building Solutions, Mr. Wright was responsible for the design and building of three de novo hospitals for Ascension located in Texas and Florida.
He is a partner of Fusion Health Partners LLC, a consultant of Wright Transaction Advisors, LLC and also served as Senior Advisor to two Private Equity Firms.
Most recently, Mr. Wright was a Senior Advisor to Blue Wolf Capital and served as a Director on the Board of ModernMD Urgent Care, LLC and Allergy Services of America, LLC, of which he is also the Founder, President and Managing Member.
Mr. Ibrahim is a medical doctor originally from Iraq. He received his M.D. in 1980 and finished his Masters in immunology in 1987, He finished his training in Allergy/Asthma and Immunology in 1989.
Mr. Ibrahim practiced in Iraq for 15 years in Allergy/Asthma and Immunology both in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, he was part of the faculty at the medical school in Ramadi. Furthermore, during his years of practice in Iraq, he served as the medical director of the Ramadi General Hospital for 7 years and as a medical director for Anbar health province for 3 years.
He moved to the US in 2008 and started setting up allergy labs within ENT practices in Philadelphia. In 2013 he joined Allergy Services of America a leading member of the clinical team.
Mr. Sumrall has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare facilities development and outpatient services. He co-founded Texscan MRI, which provided outpatient imaging services throughout Texas.
In addition, Mr. Sumrall served as Regional Director of Imaging Services for Image America, President of Chattanooga Medical Group Managers Association 1994-1995 and Regional Sales Director for Dominion Diagnostics. Currently, Scott serves as the Vice President of Allergy Services of America, LLC and is co-founder of Medico Real Estate, LLC.
